Token acquisition

We plan to place tokens in Launchpads and Liquidity Pools at a price higher than the cost of the last round of token sale, which will create the most profitable conditions for early investors falling under the Vesting Period. Thus, tokens in free circulation will have a price formed by the market and dictated by supply and demand.

Until high trading volumes are reached, the team undertakes to support the value of trading tokens by regularly adding liquidity raised during Launchpads and allocated in Fund Distribution to CEX and Liquidity Pools, thus balancing the price.

Tokens released within the ongoing Tokensale will be locked during the Vesting period. Obligations to store and distribute tokens to Tokensale participants are carried out by the BeMine team in accordance with the conditions of the token sale. After purchase, tokens are credited to the participant’s account. After the Vesting period begins, tokens are unlocked and become available for withdrawal and trading.

On the other hand, tokens available for purchase during Launchpads and on DEXs are instantly credited to the trader's cryptocurrency wallet and can be deposited in the BeMine account for further staking or other intended use.

Below, we would like to explain the ways to purchase Pawā tokens:

• Purchase in the BeMine personal account - To purchase tokens, a user needs to log in to a personal account on the website or on the app. The purchase can be made for cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, or USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20). Token purchase is available for every person, but in some cases there is a direct requirement for passing KYC procedure in order to unlock purchased tokens.

• On exchanges - CEXs and DEXs. The list of exchanges where the token will be presented is indicated on the website bemine.club. This list is not final and will be updated during the company's life cycle. The average market value and trading volume of the token will be displayed on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko.

• Via the TrustWallet/Metamask/Safepal/AtomicWallet/MyEtherWallet/Coinomi - The token is available for purchase on the apps of those wallets. To buy it there a user needs to download the application and set up an account according to the instructions provided. After registration, search for Pawā Token in the list of available tokens and purchase it.
